Talyssan clergy witness some declarations, but temple participation is unnecessary. Zenthiran consultation shapes sealed-record practice. The Registry does not certify divine favor, personal virtue or biological destiny. Good recordkeeping can protect a household; rigid recordkeeping can erase one.
