The Rhythm of the Year

Erosian communities mark the passage of time through weather, agriculture, celestial movement, religious observance, trade, and local memory. Festivals may honor a harvest, a deity, a historical event, a change of season, or the movement of the Three Moons.

Not every festival is celebrated everywhere, and even traditions that share a name may differ dramatically between neighboring communities. This section records seasonal customs as living traditions rather than a single standardized calendar.

Seasonal Traditions

Autumn in Erosia

Autumn gathers themes of abundance, responsibility, preparation, release, and the approach of winter. The Autumn Vigil and its related customs belong to this seasonal family.

Moon Festivals

Festivals shaped specifically by the Three Moons are documented with Erosia’s lunar and magical material. They should be read alongside the seasonal traditions here rather than duplicated.
