Description

A 30-foot-long, 10-foot-high wall of translucent crimson tissue appears on a solid surface within range. It grants three-quarters cover to creatures behind it but can be crossed through as difficult terrain. The wall has AC 15 and 40 hit points, is immune to poison and psychic damage, and disappears at 0 hit points. A creature passing through the wall takes 2d6 piercing damage once per turn; a Dexterity saving throw halves the damage.

At Higher Levels. The wall gains 10 hit points for each slot above 4th.

Velvet Court Devotion. Mirellune. Mirellune’s rampart resembles lacquered latex stretched over a frame: it is a boundary that must protect those who have entrusted themselves to it.

Devotional Rite. Willing creatures designated to pass unharmed may leave the wall without interference even if the caster later changes their mind. The spell cannot revoke permission to exit.

  • Veiled Effects. You may designate up to three willing creatures when casting; they take no damage from passage through the wall.
  • Unveiled Effects. Once per casting when the wall shields an ally from an actual attack, you may gain 1 Arousal; if you do, its remaining hit points increase by your proficiency bonus, not beyond its initial maximum. Alternatively, spend 1 Libido when casting to add 10 to its initial hit points.

“Even a tide may become a wall for one precious moment.”
