Class defines the foundation of an adventurer’s training, power, and place within Erosia. A subclass is the path through which that foundation becomes personal. Two heroes may share the same class and still approach battle, magic, faith, relationships, and the Desire Cycle in profoundly different ways.
The paths below represent distinct traditions, disciplines, pacts, origins, and philosophies available to Erosian adventurers. Each develops the identity of its parent class while offering a different style of play, from direct martial pressure and battlefield control to healing, ritual support, pursuit, transformation, emotional influence, and carefully timed release.
Choosing a Subclass
Your subclass determines how your character specializes within their class. It may change the way you spend class resources, the role you occupy in an adventuring party, the kinds of problems you solve most naturally, or the way you interact with Arousal, Libido, and Climax during Unveiled Play.
Choose the path that best expresses the character you want to play rather than the path that appears most powerful in isolation. Erosian subclasses are intended to support different rhythms of play: some reward restraint, some embrace escalation, some protect or guide others, and some turn moments of release into decisive turning points.
