School of Carnal Geometry
Between two souls lies a distance the Veil can measure.
Lore Overview
Carnal Geometry studies embodied presence, chosen proximity, and the lines along which sensation becomes resonance. Choose this school to draw a battlefield your companions can navigate like a shared constellation.
Carnal Geometry specializes in Carnamagic: bodily tension, chosen restraint, exertion, and the measured distance between living forms. Its diagrams translate embodied resonance into controlled routes, boundaries, and release vectors.
Spatial controller and movement support. Your visible sigil field makes distance tactically important. Arousal can hold a creature within a pattern; Libido refines an ally’s passage; release becomes an opportunity to reposition the whole equation.

Carnamagic Research
2nd-Level Subclass Feature
You specialize in Carnamagic. The following spells are additional Sigilwright spell-list options for you through this subclass: Ironpulse Brace, Scarlet Counterpoise. This is an explicit access exception for these named spells only, including those whose printed Available Classes omit Sigilwright.
These spells are not automatically known, added to your spellbook, or always prepared. Learn them using your normal two spells per Sigilwright level or copy a discovered formula using the normal time and gold costs. You must have slots of the spell’s level before learning it, then prepare and cast it normally using Intelligence. This feature grants no free castings, additional spells learned, or additional prepared spells. Your ordinary access to other eligible Grimoire and 2014 Wizard spells is unchanged.
A qualifying Carnamagic spell is a spell you cast as a Sigilwright spell with that discipline explicitly printed in its rules. A blended spell qualifies if it includes Carnamagic, but counts as only one casting. Theme, traditional school, patron, and visual description alone do not assign the discipline. This tradition does not restrict you to its favored discipline.
Resonance Diagram
2nd-Level Subclass Feature
You gain proficiency in calligrapher’s supplies. As an Action, draw a luminous 10-foot-radius circle centered on a point on the ground you can see within 60 feet. It lasts 1 minute while you maintain Concentration as if concentrating on a spell. The circle remains stationary; creating another ends the first. You can create it PB times per Long Rest. When you create it, choose any number of creatures you can see. The circle is difficult terrain for other creatures. Once on each of your turns, one chosen creature you can see inside it may immediately move 5 feet without provoking Opportunity Attacks, using its Reaction.
Sensate Boundary
2nd-Level Subclass Feature
This technique modifies Resonance Diagram. Use the expression for your table’s chosen play mode; it has no additional Classic Play effect.
Veiled Play. Once on your turn after a levelled Sigilwright spell, accept 1 Arousal, or use the point Summation already granted for that casting, to let one chosen creature in the diagram move 5 feet without provoking Opportunity Attacks, using its Reaction.
Unveiled Play. When creating the diagram, spend 1 Libido to increase its radius to 15 feet. Once on your turn after a levelled Sigilwright spell, one unchosen creature you can see inside makes an EROSave against your spell save DC; failure grants 1 Arousal, success has no effect.
Ritual and Social Identity
2nd-Level Subclass Feature
You chart meeting circles, temple approaches, and safe distances around unstable resonance. During 10 minutes of work, mark a visible circle of up to 15-foot radius; it lasts 1 hour and is nonmagical notation, not an active diagram. Once per Long Rest, one willing participant may gain Advantage on one Arcana check made inside it to assess a ritual’s spatial arrangement. This creates no barrier, removes no components, and grants no information about private desires.
Veiled Play. When the circle is complete, you may gain 1 Arousal to let one willing participant add 1d4 to its next EROSave made inside the notation within 1 hour.
Unveiled Play. When the circle is complete, you may spend 1 Libido to let one willing participant inside it reduce Arousal by 1. This creates no active Resonance Diagram.
Lines of Approach
6th-Level Subclass Feature
Your diagram’s chosen movement increases to 10 feet. When you cast a Sigilwright spell using a spell slot while standing inside the diagram, you may use a Bonus Action that turn to move its center up to 15 feet along the ground to a point you can see within 60 feet. Moving the circle does not trigger Sensate Boundary.
Veiled Play. Once per diagram after Greater Summation or Summation Mastery prevents your Arousal gain, move the diagram as the baseline permits without the Bonus Action.
Unveiled Play. When moving the diagram, spend 1 Libido to allow one willing chosen creature inside its old or new area to reduce its Arousal by 1. Moving it triggers no additional Arousal save.
Embodied Coordinates. Once per diagram, immediately after you finish casting a Sigilwright spell of 1st level or higher bearing the Carnamagic discipline, you may move the diagram’s center up to 15 feet along the ground to a point you can see within 60 feet. This requires no action and does not trigger Sensate Boundary. You must still be maintaining the diagram; beginning Concentration on another spell ends it before this benefit can apply.
Release Vector
10th-Level Subclass Feature
Once per Long Rest in Classic Play, when you create your diagram, up to PB chosen willing creatures inside it may each teleport to an unoccupied space they can see inside it, without an action.
Veiled Play. When casting the Perfected spell granted by your Climax while the diagram exists, expend the feature’s once-per-Long-Rest use to teleport the chosen willing creatures inside it after the spell resolves.
Unveiled Play. After your own Climax while the diagram exists, spend 1 Libido and the feature’s once-per-Long-Rest use to let up to PB willing chosen creatures in it each move to a visible unoccupied space within 10 feet of the diagram without an action. This is teleportation and grants no spell.
Perfected Coordinates. When a Carnamagic spell is the Perfected spell granted by your own Climax, you may move an active diagram’s center up to 15 feet along the ground to a point you can see within 60 feet immediately after the spell resolves, without an action. This does not trigger Sensate Boundary or restore its uses. In Veiled Play, resolve this movement before Release Vector’s teleports. In Unveiled Play, this does not repeat a Release Vector already used after the Climax. Concentration restrictions still apply.
Master Geometry
14th-Level Subclass Feature
You may create Resonance Diagram as a Bonus Action. Once per round, when an unchosen creature you can see inside it willingly moves at least 5 feet, you may use your Reaction to require a Strength saving throw against your spell save DC. Failure reduces its Speed to 0 until the start of its next turn; success has no effect. Forced movement and teleportation do not trigger this.
Veiled Play. If Summation granted you Arousal since the start of your previous turn, you may use an EROSave instead of the baseline Strength save to stop that movement. It grants no Arousal.
Unveiled Play. When a creature fails the baseline Strength save, spend 1 Libido to grant it 1 Arousal after resolving the movement restriction. A successful save prevents both outcomes.
Additional Information
Combat Identity
Spatial controller who makes proximity and movement part of a diagram.
Desire Identity
Arousal is resonance in a mapped space; release becomes a deliberately directed vector.
Class Integration
You gain these features at Sigilwright levels 2nd, 6th, 10th, 14th. This subclass works through Summation and Perfection. Use the costs, triggers, limits, and recovery stated in the individual features and parent class.
Using This Tradition.
The live Mechanics of Desire and Sigilwright pages govern these features, subject to the creator’s numerical Veiled Play clarification here. PB means Proficiency Bonus. Subclass EROSave DC = 8 + PB + Intelligence modifier. An EROSave uses the target’s chosen Constitution or Wisdom saving throw, including proficiency only when proficient in that saving throw.
Ritual and Social Use
Establish shared spatial boundaries and agreed positions before a ritual. The Ritual and Social Identity feature gives the applicable observance and its complete benefits; this guidance adds no additional ritual reward.
Example of Play
Prepare Ironpulse Brace after learning it through Carnamagic Research. At 6th level, casting that Reaction spell can redraw your active diagram without using a Bonus Action. Scarlet Counterpoise is also available to research, but it requires Concentration: casting it ends the diagram, so it supports an alternative close-defense approach rather than stacking the two effects.
Additional Rules
Table Preference.
Summation is understanding, not a spendable point pool. Its first leveled spell per encounter still grants only its normal 1 Arousal; subclass spellcasting triggers explicitly use that gain instead of duplicating it. Optional later gains represent deliberately accepting further magical instability. Features that prevent an Arousal increase do not count as having gained it. Resolve one reroll of a given save through Greater Summation or Summation Mastery; these subclass features add no rerolls or recovered uses. Arousal gains observe the website’s limit of 3 per turn. Pressure lost through a Climax is not preserved for threshold checks.
Only your own Climax grants your Perfection. Use the parent class’s mode-appropriate Perfection benefit and next-spell deadline, then apply subclass riders at their stated timing. Another creature’s Climax does not grant you Perfection. Resolve the applicable Climax Effect, reduce Libido by 1 where tracked, reset Arousal to 0, then check Depletion. These features grant no universal healing or automatic Exhaustion; use the current Climax Effect and Depletion rules.
Play Modes and Desire Resolution
Classic Play. Use the baseline feature and any expressly stated Classic alternative, without Arousal or Libido. A feature that only modifies Desire has no additional Classic effect.
Veiled Play. Use the baseline and the feature’s Veiled paragraph. Add each stated Arousal gain to the creature’s current total; never assign Composed, Stirred, or Overwhelmed or replace its existing pressure. Resolve Climax immediately at 6. Do not use the Unveiled paragraph.
Unveiled Play. Use the baseline and the feature’s Unveiled paragraph, together with the website’s full Arousal, Libido, Climax, and Depletion rules. Do not inherit the Veiled paragraph. A Libido expenditure requires enough Libido to pay it. Spending the final point does not disable benefits without a Libido cost.
Each feature retains its stated actions, targets, duration, resource costs, and recharge. Changing play modes restores no uses. A gain-dependent benefit requires the Arousal actually to be gained. Unless explicitly excepted, a creature gains at most 3 Arousal per turn; reductions cannot go below 0. Resolve Climax before continuing a feature or applying any after-Climax benefit: the applicable Climax Effect, 1 Libido loss where tracked, Arousal reset to 0, then applicable aftermath triggers. Healing and Exhaustion occur only when an applicable rule grants or imposes them. An EROSave is the creature’s choice of Constitution or Wisdom saving throw, including proficiency only if proficient in that save. Basic Desire Actions retain their one-per-round limit unless an explicit feature overrides it.
Unless a feature expressly states otherwise, this subclass’s EROSave DC is 8 + PB + your Intelligence modifier. PB means proficiency bonus.
Deity Alignment
Some geometers honor Threxira through deliberate sigil-making, Zenthira through shared resonance, or Delavira through the significance of distance and separation. The tradition requires scholarship rather than worship.

Grimoire and discipline interactions. Traditional Fifth Edition schools remain unchanged. Discipline-specific riders above apply in all three play modes unless a mode is expressly named. Apply baseline spell text and only the chosen mode’s printed spell option; Veiled and Unveiled alternatives do not stack. A spell’s optional Arousal gain is separate from Summation’s first leveled casting trigger; apply each actual trigger once and respect the shared limit of 3 Arousal per turn. Cantrips never trigger Summation or the leveled-spell riders above, even when their own printed effects can grant Arousal. Summation is not spent. Perfection affects only its permitted rolls and deadlines; it does not automatically maximize a subclass ward’s reduction die or an Unseen Variable die. A later save made against a continuing spell does not count as casting it again. Optional Lunar Resonance remains separately limited by its own rules, with only one lunar benefit per casting.
