Description
Choose up to three willing creatures you can see within range. Each may immediately use its reaction to move up to 15 feet without provoking opportunity attacks. A target must end this movement in a space it could normally occupy; the spell does not grant flight or passage through objects. A creature can benefit from only one Chorus Step per round.
Velvet Court Devotion. Cyrillith. Cyrillith’s Chorus Step began as a dance lesson in which every participant insisted someone else had counted the beat incorrectly.
Devotional Rite. After the spell moves two willing creatures, they may choose to exchange places by swapping their theatrical shadow positions only. Their actual squares and opportunity-attack rules do not change.
- Veiled Effects. If at least two targets end this movement within 10 feet of one another, they gain advantage on the next ability check they make to help one another before the end of your next turn.
- Unveiled Effects. When at least two willing targets use this movement to escape an actual hazard or hostile reach, you may gain 1 Arousal after they move. If you do, one of those targets may reduce its Arousal by 1. Alternatively, spend 1 Libido to increase the distance each target may move to 20 feet. Do not combine these enhancements.
