Description
Choose up to four willing creatures within range. Each may immediately make a new saving throw against one effect causing it to be charmed or frightened. On a success, the selected effect ends for that creature. A target with neither condition instead gains temporary hit points equal to 2d8 + your spellcasting ability modifier. This spell does not end curses, dominate effects without the charmed condition, or other conditions.
At Higher Levels. Choose one additional willing creature for every slot above 4th.
Velvet Court Devotion. Sylithra. Sylithra’s rites speak of wetness, fullness and cathartic release. Here the fourth moon breaks magical pressure without dictating what the freed creatures feel.
Devotional Rite. A willing creature that ends charmed or frightened through this spell may choose to shed a momentary cascade of harmless silver water. It neither soaks equipment nor extinguishes flames.
- Veiled Effects. A creature that ends a condition may move up to 10 feet using its reaction without provoking opportunity attacks from the source of that condition.
- Unveiled Effects. Once per casting, if you free at least one other creature from charmed or frightened, you may gain 1 Arousal to allow it to reduce its Arousal by 1. Alternatively, spend 1 Libido when casting to grant advantage on the new saves. Choose one.
“The moon does not ask which tears deserved its light.”
