Description
Choose two willing creatures you can see within range that are no more than 30 feet apart. They instantly swap places if each can occupy the other’s destination without squeezing or becoming embedded in an object. Otherwise, neither moves. This teleportation provokes no opportunity attacks. Either creature may refuse.
At Higher Levels. The maximum separation increases by 15 feet per slot above 3rd.
Velvet Court Devotion. Rhaziel. Rhaziel’s hunter-and-quarry rituals turn pursuit and capture into a consensual contest with a chosen finish line; enemy displacement is not romantic permission.
Devotional Rite. Before the teleport, the two willing travelers may agree that one is the pursuer and the other quarry. If both end the swap outside hostile reach, the quarry may use its reaction to move 5 feet immediately after the swap, without provoking opportunity attacks from creatures it just left. This rite can occur only once per casting.
- Veiled Effects. If a participant was hidden before the exchange, it may attempt a Dexterity (Stealth) check to remain unnoticed afterward, provided its new position offers concealment.
- Unveiled Effects. When the exchange removes a willing creature from an enemy’s reach during a real encounter, you may gain 1 Arousal; if you do, the other participant gains temporary hit points equal to your proficiency bonus. Alternatively, spend 1 Libido to allow separation up to 60 feet. Choose one enhancement.
