Description
Choose up to three willing creatures you can see. For the duration, each target has advantage on saving throws against spells that would read its thoughts or determine its alignment, and it cannot be located by magic of 2nd level or lower that specifically names or describes it unless the other caster succeeds on a spellcasting ability check against your spell save DC. This spell does not change appearance or prevent ordinary tracking.
At Higher Levels. Increase the number of targets by one for every slot above 3rd.
Velvet Court Devotion. Zenthira. Zenthira’s ward shelters uncommon fantasy and the right to hold something back, even among devoted companions.
Devotional Rite. A willing protected creature may designate one trusted person to see a harmless silver mark identifying the ward on it. That visibility conveys no location beyond the person’s normal senses and gives the viewer no authority to demand its secrets.
- Veiled Effects. A target may willingly drop its protection at any time, and you know when it does so.
- Unveiled Effects. When this spell successfully blocks a hostile attempt to locate or read a protected creature, you may gain 1 Arousal. If you do, that willing creature may reduce its Arousal by 1. Once per casting.
