Help Populate Amarosa — Create an NPC & Shop

Help populate Amarosa, one memorable neighbor and storefront at a time. Every city needs its bakers, smiths, herbalists and innkeepers—and a few shopkeepers whose secrets are as interesting as their wares. We’re inviting our community to suggest the people and businesses that make the City of Blossoming Hearts feel alive.

Start with a simple idea: a background, a race, a name and a business. A few sentences are plenty. We’ll begin in Amarosa and let this project grow alongside Erosia.

Create Your Amarosa Resident

1. Choose a Background

Browse Player Backgrounds and choose one that inspires your NPC’s history, talents or outlook. Their past does not have to match their current profession; a former traveler might now run a bakery, while a performer might own a mask shop.

2. Choose a Race

Visit Peoples of Erosia — Player Races and choose your NPC’s race, including a lineage or subrace if relevant. Use its description as a starting point for their appearance.

3. Name Your NPC and Their Business

Give your resident a name, choose a business type from the ideas below, and name their shop or establishment. You can combine ideas—a bookshop and tea house, for example—or suggest a business we haven’t listed.

4. Describe Their Appearance

Tell us what someone notices when they meet your NPC: approximate adult age, build, skin or fur color, hair, eyes, clothing, posture, distinctive features or a favorite accessory. Individuality is welcome; your resident can be weathered, elegant, sturdy, soft, scarred or wonderfully ordinary.
